广西新闻网讯 近日，有读者向本报反映，在南宁市新华街的一家大型电子[url=http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/hqsj/shbt/2010-11-18/content_1228150.html#]游乐城[/url]内Dubo机盛行，还有不少未成年人混迹其中。为此，记者前往进行暗访。
9 U: ]6 L6 s+ N/ {, J, L11月9日下午3时许，记者来到了位于南宁市新华街临街二楼的一家大型电子游乐城内发现，游乐城内摆放了各种形式的Dubo机，有轮盘机、狮子机、动物机等。在一间大包房内，还摆设了几十台扑克机和大型的Dubo机。前来玩Dubo机的以年轻人为主，其中还有不少年龄大约10岁的未成年人。, m; J6 @+ ^6 y2 v% j
然而，10日记者再次前往暗访却发现，电子游乐城已经“改头换面”，所有的Dubo机都被藏匿起来，取而代之的是一些普通的游乐机。" b1 z' {8 E$ @1 T2 `; n
15日晚10时许，记者又来到该电子游乐城，Dubo机呈现一片“繁荣景象”。一些动物机等机器几十台一字排开。在该电子游乐城内，记者看到了近日在网络、各地饱受谴责的一种新型游戏机“[url=http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/hqsj/shbt/2010-11-18/content_1228150.html#]捕鱼[/url]达人”。该机器有别于普通的Dubo机，在一个3D面板内可以看到精美的海底世界，有各种鱼类游荡。玩家购买游戏币后可以选择炮弹打击鱼类，被打下的鱼类按不同的倍率返币。记者尝试购买了50元游戏币，由于操作不熟练、对机器不了解，不到半小时便输光了所有的游戏币。在记者离席的一个小时内，不断有人前来投币，但是很快就输光了价值几十元甚至上百元的游戏币。当天记者发现其中一位玩家把赢得的分值换成了现钱。国家规定，电玩机只限于娱乐，不可以退币，兑换奖券或人民币。显然，这种看似普通游戏的电玩机实质上已经成了Dubo机。无独有偶，中央电视台《焦点访谈》栏目在11月10日，曾经对此类型的游戏机做了曝光。
