" ?( ?2 ]# T0 Y+ v" n7 |! m1 g+ F6 g# r& b 收取水钱和分红、“放点下油”，隐藏在居民楼里的DC每天下午营业，雇佣10台面包车专门接送参赌人员。嫌疑人野心挺大，计划在全省各地开设DC，10天非法敛财20余万。不过，连锁DC还没开起来，Dubo窝点就被警方给端了。今日，警方通报了案情。

5 Q0 S4 R' B% s M# p 4月3日，浏阳市公安局接到群众举报，浏阳市枨冲镇与普迹镇交界处的漕门滩水电站旁的民房内，有人聚众Dubo。0 _, v) B3 ?) j2 w/ w
“DC设在水电站旁一民房内，有3人望风，周边没有其他建筑，一旦有人闯入，嫌疑人可以迅速进行疏散。”为了避免打草惊蛇，民警以钓鱼或是询问鱼价等方式在DC周围摸底，发现DC每天下午1点至5点经营。Dubo人员来自浏阳、娄底、涟源、湘潭、长沙等全省各县市，以摇骰子猜单双的方式Dubo。

4月12日下午，民警兵分两路迅速冲进DC。0 }% u3 H- y: [; y+ Z# E- ^1 f W
“单、单……”喊得正起劲的Dubo人员看到不断涌入的民警，相互挤着往外冲，最终还是落网了。现场抓获48名涉赌人员，收缴赌资11万余元，暂扣涉案车辆11台。
- a8 }) W' L6 B% _3 ?; L; l& e 今年4月初以来，Dubo团伙在枨冲镇漕门滩水电站旁的刘某家中开设DC，分工明确。有人收取水钱和分红、“放点下油”，有人负责纠集人员以摇骰子等方式聚众Dubo，10天非法敛财20余万。
9 s3 W y4 p# _: ]# X" ~ 团伙成员在Dubo中相识，原本打算在浏阳赚了钱后，再去全省各地流窜开设DC，不料被警方连锅端。. k! l; X% q% i; m0 R# x
目前，李某、陈某等6人因涉嫌开设DC被刑事拘留，28名参赌人员被行政拘留并处罚款。 |
