黑龙江3641万巨奖寻主人 4月13日恐成最大弃奖

新快报讯记者 陆妍思 报道 2月12日，黑龙江本地玩法龙江风采福利彩票36选7爆出了一个3641万多元巨奖，但是，距离开奖已经过去一月有余，该大奖得主却始终未曾露面领奖。这个大奖的兑奖截止日期为4月13日，如届时仍未能等来得主，将超越江苏双色球1000万元，成为天朝彩票历史上最大弃奖。
0 D8 A$ a3 I0 ^/ p 2月12日晚，龙江风采电脑福利彩票36选7第11016期开奖，中奖号码为“05、07、15、16、21、24、29，特别号码36”当期一等奖开出9注，将累积多期超过4000万元的巨额奖池掏空，单注奖金分得4552025元。据检索，9注一等奖全部中出于哈尔滨五常市，其中1注中出于五常市建设局楼下第23016671号投注站，中奖彩票为一张8个号码的16元复式票；另外8注中出于五常市文苑路第23016637号投注站，中奖彩票为8张包8个号码的16元复式票，这8张彩票流水号相连，根据判断，很有可能为一人独中，若猜测属实，这位彩民将中得3641万多元的巨奖。
0 V4 A. Q: y1 A9 U 3月7日，五常市一对父子现身领走在第23016671号投注站中出的1注头奖，另外8注头奖却一直无人认领。据黑龙江省福彩中心有关工作人员介绍，中大奖彩民在一个月时间还未领奖，在该省福彩历史上尚属罕见，基本上大奖得主少则几天多则二十天之内都会领取奖金。目前，黑龙江省福彩中出千万以上大奖共计11注，这些大奖得主都在一个月内领取了奖金，可能刚开始几天大奖得主为了躲开大家关注的焦点，避避风头，晚来几天领奖，但这位36选7的大奖得主却吊足了大家的胃口，迟迟不来领奖。" w# Z5 V6 C% A3 W( I; q2 \
而中出大奖的第23016637号投注站业主怀武军对大奖得主未现身也觉得相当意外。怀武军告诉记者，自从投注站中出3641万多元的大奖后，销量确实上升了不少，但是这位幸运彩民却始终没有露面。而对于中奖彩民没有出现的原因，彩民们也是竞相猜测，有的彩民说：“一般都得是戴着口罩秘密去领奖，要不就是等过了这一阵，等媒体不宣传了再去领奖吧。”“一般彩民都是中奖一星期左右就去领奖了，这个彩民还没有领奖，会不会是把彩票弄丢了？”还有彩民猜测：“要不就把彩票弄损坏了，兑不了奖了。”6 O& g6 J. {0 D |1 O" v f
根据2009年7月1日起施行的《彩票管理条例》第三章第二十五条规定：“彩票中奖者应当自开奖之日起60个自然日内，持中奖彩票到指定的地点兑奖，彩票品种的规则规定需要出示身份证件的，还应当出示本人身份证件。逾期不兑奖的视为弃奖。”也就是说，这8注455万多元头奖合共3641万多元奖金最后兑奖期限为2011年4月13日，如逾期未领，奖金将会纳入福彩公益金。* b7 U/ m$ V) w( ]) L
据了解，目前天朝彩票史上最大的弃奖为去年8月被弃的江苏苏州双色球1000万元一等奖，当时苏州市福彩中心创先河悬赏10万元寻找大奖得主，可惜该注大奖最终仍然被弃。 |
