! P4 s5 O2 `' }% g% v: S4 t& w从今天起，本报连江版将推出《平安连江》系列报道，回顾在2010年里，连江警方在打击和防止犯罪，以及深入关注民生，采用多种方式，不断提高服务质量，加强警民沟通，构筑和谐社会方面所采取的举措。

去年11月3日，连江捣毁了一个特大“6HC”Dubo团伙，共抓获20名犯罪嫌疑人，涉案金额高达2300多万元，为近年来福州地区涉案金额最大的“6HC”Dubo案件。9 a: R7 M; S' @* P' D# @0 {
2010年8月初，群众举报，在敖江镇幕浦村有一个利用互联网进行地下“6HC”Dubo的特大团伙，起码有上千名村民参与Dubo。
' v& i# P6 u5 d! g3 O! C( S. s5 P 经过3个月的秘密侦查，连江警方基本确定了该Dubo团伙骨干成员，并收集了部分犯罪证据。
% d- n; j5 q. ]. i9 h 11月2日晚，当彩民们还在因中奖与否而心情各异时，200名由县公安局民警和边防JC组成的抓捕队伍，已全部集中到县公安局训练基地内。
9 P) H$ O; ^& d5 | 连江县委常委、县公安局长刘明，担任抓捕行动的总指挥，并做了战前动员和详细的抓捕部署。3日凌晨2时许，抓捕行动全面展开……凌晨4时许，全部20名目标被警方抓获带回连江县公安局展开预审。1 w, Q. W) T- u7 E; w" a- j6 ?0 j
目前，已有14人被逮捕，2人取保候审，另有1人刑拘在押。- z: ?1 A- ]/ d. q B" a3 r
打击效果
+ K& V7 ^. t' C8 h 抓捕行动后，连江警方趁热打铁，在全县范围内广泛宣传“6HC”Dubo的危害，并通过媒体进行播报，让参与“6HC”组织Dubo的群众都知晓其行为的违法性，以及会遭受的严厉处罚，起到了极大的震慑效果。
