澳门十六浦日前正式开幕，有澳门学者表示，十六浦现在仍以娱乐城为主，其它商场、歌剧院要明年才落成，定位不太清晰。且该区交通配套欠完善，相信要达到预期的6%博彩市场占有率较困难。( H" p$ R# S7 ` g' ?5 k2 R1 F1 ~/ n

澳门学者表示，十六浦打造与内港商户连接的配套有其特色之处。单从硬件设施分析，空间较为狭窄，吸引力较其它美资娱乐城薄弱。至于竞争力，则要看其内部管理、软件服务态度能否突围。近年澳BO引入外国管理班底后，软件质量也见持续改善，所以要看该项目的管理服务。. t/ B& w* w; |' `& h0 Z

至于该项目在发展初期，主要以合家欢吸引客源。现在则给人以娱乐城为主的感觉，其它商场、歌剧院属二期项目，预计明年才投入营运，定位不太清晰。学者认为，十六浦以休闲合家欢为主、博彩为次，相信会较有优势。毕竟现在每逢假期，多个大型娱乐城项目均会迫满家庭客，至于真正适合家庭观光的设施，目前仍有开拓潜力。
