Play-to-earn 区块链游戏平台是受今年上半年困扰加密货币市场的大屠杀影响最大的平台之一。
随着市场低迷加剧了游戏玩家的兴趣下降，以及围绕“玩赚钱”商业模式可行性的普遍疑虑，STEPN等平台不得不应对活跃用户减少和收入普遍下降的问题。
过去几个月的STEPN
今年 5 月，该平台受到了第一次重大打击，当时该平台宣布暂停对中国大陆用户的运营，以符合监管政策。
该公告于 5 月 26 日发布，因此对当月网络活跃用户指数影响不大。根据Dune Analytics的数据，5 月份移动赚钱平台的月活跃用户总数为 702,649 人。
然而，6 月份，网络上的活跃用户下降了 32%，因为该平台在 30 天内只有 474,568 名用户。
7 月份进一步下降 99%，月活跃用户指数为 237,780。本月到目前为止，移动赚钱平台已经注册了 85,807 名用户。
此外，尽管有其在中国大陆暂停活动的消息，Dune Analytics 的数据显示，STEPN 的新老日活跃用户数量在当天创下历史新高。
当天，STEPN 上的新用户增长了 14%，而现有用户增长了 15%。从那以后，这种情况一直在稳步下降。截至8月13日，游戏平台日登录用户数为549人。
上个月，STEPN 意识到玩家参与度的下降，试图重新点燃玩家的兴趣。
它推出了一系列比赛，并为游戏玩家引入了一些附加福利。然而，尽管 STEPN 进行了尝试，但新用户、活跃用户和回访用户仍在继续下降。
此外，随着游戏玩家数量的减少，平台上铸造的新鞋也随之减少。
8 月 14 日仅生产了 690 只鞋子，与 6 月 21 日的每日最高点 12,176 只相比下降了 1664%。在 STEPN 上铸造的累计鞋子为 142,771。

需要注意的是，为 STEPN 生态系统提供动力的两个代币在上个月的表现有所不同。
截至发稿时以 1.01 美元的价格易手，格林威治标准时间的价格在上个月上涨了 7%。然而，每个 GST-SOL 代币的价格在同一时期内下降了 23%。
