两条比特犬在“擂台”上残忍咬斗，血肉模糊；四周看客摩拳擦掌，加油助威。不知者真以为是场“宠物竞技”，细心人却知戏外有戏：好些人口袋里的钱，将由这两条狗的“成败”来定进出。昨天，徐州贾汪警方摧毁了一个特大斗狗Dubo团伙。 9 F# @* i) s0 F z% u3 _
嫌疑人彭某年初偶然得知香港、广州等沿海地区盛行斗狗，且利润丰厚，遂决定将其引入徐州。经过两个月的考察，他精心挑选了几只比特犬，操办起了“斗狗”的生意。为扩大影响，彭某还建起了网站，成立了“猛犬俱乐部”。几场斗狗比赛下来，彭某的斗狗场渐渐有了名气，有不少人从安徽、河南、湖北等地慕名而来，或带狗参与，或进场观看。彭某遂制定了相应的规则，进场观看门票30元，观众进场可根据场内提供的参斗狗的资料下注。如果押中的狗获胜，就可以获得赌注额一倍的赢利，而作为庄家的彭某除了门票收入外还可获得狗主人和观众投注后的提成。据彭某交代，一场斗狗约进行半个小时，他可获利上万元。

“所谓的斗狗场其实是由铁丝网圈围起来的棚子，呈长方形，占地百十平方米，棚子一侧，开了一帘小门把狗放进去后互相厮杀。”办案民警告诉记者。据其介绍，狗主人首先把参斗的比特犬称重，按照他们的规定，狗的重量必须在48.5斤以内。接着便是洗狗，狗主人和他们的助手先用洗洁精洗一遍，接着用清水洗，然后再用牛奶洗。最后斗狗正式开始，如果两条狗互相咬住不放超过20秒，就要强行分开，暂停后再继续。甲方10秒之内不冲过来咬乙方的话，甲方就等于认输。还有就是一方知道自己的狗在力量和技术上战不过对方，主人可以招手示意，比赛就不再继续。胜方可凭事先买的赌券翻倍领取“赌资”。! Q _ [: x! u& x+ w2 L

昨天下午，正当彭某等人看着两狗在“擂台”上拼命嘶喊的时候，公安人员火速出击，当场收缴赌资33万余元，截至记者发稿时，彭某、两名参赌的狗主人以及11名赌徒已被警方控制，案件正在进一步审理中。 |
