y1 {9 p, p& b* G, O 第二大丑闻。2003年，Hampton娱乐城拒绝支付玩家130万美金。玩家Brian Donahue存款$1000，最后赢到130万。在Hampton娱乐城拒绝支付后，Donahue先生采取了法律行动，并寻找报纸等媒体的协助，最后迫使娱乐城付钱了。

% Z/ H* ]3 m+ w' o6 f 第三大丑闻。2002年，Sports Market/Aces Gold的老板Charlie Therwhanger在美国橄榄球超级碗结束后马上关闭掉了自己的网站。据称，他因为开出的赔率太过离谱，最后被聪明的玩家以及平博等利用，无力支付。Therwhanger连夜逃离库拉索岛，赶到St Kitts，取出几百万，再回到自己的老家得克萨斯，雇了保镖保护自己。他至今还逍遥法外。

' C. K5 m1 m. L 第四大丑闻。2000年，BetonSports拒付某位神秘玩家奖金50万美金。有人以著名的博彩人士Billy Walters的名义在该网站下注50万，但是Walters说不是自己，BetonSports的条款规定，不允许专业人士在自己的网站投注，因此老板Gary Kaplan拒绝支付。这违背了博彩最基本的规则：你下注，我付钱。此次事件并没有影响BetonSports接下来几年的高速发展，直到去年美国ZF逼迫Gary Kaplan关闭掉网站。
