芬兰制定新法规防止Dubo危害未成年人

芬兰内政部29日发表公报说，为预防Dubo对未成年人造成危害，芬兰制定了新的博彩法规，进一步加强对博彩业的监管。

1 f5 G4 n- x- v+ E* b& V这一新法规将于10月1日正式生效。根据新法规，芬兰将禁止所有18岁以下的未成年人参与除吃角子老虎机以外的Dubo游戏。从明年7月1日起，可参与吃角子老虎机Dubo的人的法定年龄将由15岁提高至18岁。设有这种Dubo机的食品商店和便利店等场所的工作人员均有义务对此进行监督，纵容未成年人Dubo将承担法律责任。
