据国外媒体报道，由阿联酋ZF控股的投资公司迪拜世界(Dubai World)计划斥资51亿美元，入股亿万富翁柯克里安旗下的全球第二大娱乐城运营商米高梅公司(MGM Mirage)。米高梅董事会周二已批准了这一交易。 % d- t# ~: y3 i1 Y5 b4 W G' h* Q
; B/ n6 A, D7 v& _! Q 根据协议，迪拜世界将以每股84美元的价格，收购米高梅集团总计2800万股股票，持股比例约为9.5%，这一出价较米高梅周二的收盘价74.32美元高出13%。其中1400万股是直接向米高梅收购，另外1400万股将从投资者手中以同样的价格收购，总价值24亿美元。
