近期，彩市频现假彩票，一位男子竟然以800元的低价买来了双色球二等奖彩票！卖彩票的人称自己实在来不及兑奖，只能忍痛割爱，卖掉中奖彩票。最终鉴定这张彩票仅中了10元，期号被人改过。' G% y; V- b7 S" I
[b]彩票可以在一夜之间成就很多千万富翁，也可以在一夜之间让一些彩民受骗成为“负翁”[/b]。近期，市福彩中心频频发现假彩票。原来，有人移花接木，制作假的中奖彩票，谎称自己来不及兑奖，而将假票以低于“中奖额”数倍的价格卖给彩民。市福彩中心透露，有彩民被骗以800元买下“双色球二等奖”，而被骗彩民最高被骗过5000余元。

0 }$ i( O, p: e' s 前几天，彩民周先生(化名)兴冲冲地拿着一张双色球彩票前往市福彩中心兑奖。市福彩中心的工作人员将彩票过机后告诉周先生，中了10元。周先生顿时傻眼，“怎么只中了10元，不是中了二等奖吗？”工作人员仔细一看，发现这张彩票的开奖期数和开奖日都被重新贴过。8 x$ q& x/ D7 S/ b- j; Z @# h( k
原本该彩票的开奖日是11月22日，开奖期数是2011137(1269)期，但被移花接木之后，开奖日变成了11月20日，开奖期数变成了 2011136(1268)期，即前一期(如图1)。记者查询发现，按照双色球第2011136(1268)期开奖号码，这张彩票上的号码确实是中了二等奖。

' _ o5 g! s, E. R 第二天，市福彩中心又连续两次收到假的刮刮乐彩票。南都记者看到，在一张名为“指动金来”的刮刮乐上，假票显示中了最高奖15万元。福彩中心工作人员仔细一看，发现这张假票是用不同的两张彩票左右拼凑起来的，刚好拼出一张最高奖的假票。 |
