离天朝海岸不远处的澳门DC生意兴隆，赌客们一掷千金。大理石廊柱、金碧辉煌的装饰和金钱随处可见。但流光溢彩的背后也有着阴暗的一面。澳门博彩业的成功并非仅仅因为天朝人好赌，助推它繁荣的还有惊慌外逃的内地资金。
: \! ^0 K3 u$ S/ K 澳门今年前11个月的博彩业收入比去年全年多出44%；博彩业规模相当于拉斯韦加斯的4倍。如今的澳门已成为世界博彩业之都。在澳门去年235亿[color=#05529a]美元[/color]的博彩收入中，借钱豪赌的赌徒的贡献率约为72%。由于内地禁止Dubo，赌徒们纷纷前往澳门。其独特的“中介人”（澳门称“迭码仔”）体系能帮助天朝富人到澳门参赌。迭码仔放高利贷、为赌徒提供住宿并从DC得到40%的提成。
" K8 c" X ^! u( d7 p9 W& x( R 但Dubo激情并非吸引大批内地人前往澳门的唯一原因。许多人是为规避内地对个人携带[color=#05529a]人民币[/color]出境额度的限制。例如，贪污公款的官员就能通过迭码仔到澳门Dubo。当他抵达澳门时，迭码仔已为其准备好筹码。Dubo结束后，他的博彩收入以港币形式结算，可存到香港的[color=#05529a]银行[/color]或转至境外。
/ B, y. n# i4 ?/ ] “洗钱方式之多超出我们的想象，”澳门大学博彩研究所所长冯家超表示。有些人绕过迭码仔利用当铺或其他商店，用人民币买下某件物品并随即低价卖给商店以换取[color=#05529a]澳元[/color]或港币。没人能确定澳门洗钱的具体数额，但“这种脏钱的规模大得惊人”，一名澳门居民称。
