打麻将有三个基本功，一是在出牌过程中，要隐藏你的目的，不能让对手推测出你的手牌。比如你手里有2、4、5万，打2万不能让对手猜测说你要和三六万。二是打牌要会引诱，通过打牌制造骗局，让对手打出自己需要的牌从而或碰或和。三是打麻将要讲究牵制，什么时候让碰，扣住什么牌，先出什么牌，后出什么牌，都要把握分寸。
