3月5日下午，30多岁的吴某在岳父的陪同下，到大冶东岳路派出所报案，称当日上午7时许，在上班途经青龙路湖堤时，遭到两名男青年持刀抢劫。吴某在与犯罪分子搏斗时被刀刺伤，其身上15000余元现金和一部价值1000多元的手机被抢走。# E" x" K* q( c; Q9 t+ y
大白天持刀抢劫，且数额巨大。大冶警方迅速成立专班进行调查。" e! R4 @; M' b6 M2 ^
4月11日，专班民警在大冶城关找到正在使用“被抢”手机的文某。通过对文某的盘问，文某交代手机是在吴某某手中购买的。民警又迅速找到吴某某，吴某某交代手机是在案发后，由报案人吴某委托自己变卖的。* t) N) K; z) z& M$ ?4 Y
办案民警迅速传唤了报案人吴某。尚不知吴某某已经到案的吴某仍坚持自己被抢劫的陈述，直到办案人员将吴某某和手机带到吴某面前，他才低下头，如实陈述了自己报假案的全过程。
+ G) {* ^0 {% m. G 原来，吴某嗜赌，两年前，他就将妻子陪嫁的几万元全部输光。妻子也因为其好赌多次与他发生矛盾，并扬言再赌就要与其离婚。吴某平日就在岳父开办的一个洗矿厂上班，出于信任，岳父就将部分流动资金交由其掌管。案发前，吴某赌瘾发作，结果又将选矿厂的公款15000余元输光了。在无法向妻子和岳父交待的情况下，吴某就谎称在上班途中被人持刀抢劫。为了更逼真，吴某又忍痛持刀将自己划伤，然后到东岳派出所报案。# m& \& P* x% A# [5 v
大冶警方认为，吴某这种为了逃避责任而报假案的行为，严重扰乱了公安机关的办案秩序，极大地浪费了人力、物力和财力，已经触犯了我国《治安管理处罚法》的相关规定。( g8 N8 I h* q- p
当晚，吴某因涉嫌谎报案情被处以行政拘留十日。 |
