3月25日，湖北省开展“竞猜中新、中洪之战，赢取现场球票”抽奖活动中，国家体彩中心竞猜处处长刘岳冶受邀作为抽奖嘉宾，并接受了记者的采访，针对单场投注能否和过关一样设置成固定奖金以及竞彩发展趋势等等焦点问题进行了解答。7 ]( q$ g( ]/ Q
记者：将国家队这两场足球友谊赛列入竞彩竞猜场次，对竞猜型彩票的发展有何意义？
9 @- h6 i- `, t 刘岳冶：天朝竞猜型彩票特别是足彩，竞猜对象根据财政部的批复是重大的国际性比赛。我们现在竞猜的比赛每年多达一万多场，竞彩所选择的竞猜赛事都是国家体育总局体彩中心从全球国际赛事中选择出来的高公信力比赛，像欧洲五大联赛、NBA都在竞猜之列。* W' @& U9 u F0 y
天朝队与新西兰和洪都拉斯的这两场足球友谊赛在武汉举行，像这样既受广大球迷关注又有很高公信力的比赛，当然会纳入到竞彩竞猜范畴。一方面这是非常重要的国际比赛，也是我们竞彩很重要的竞猜资源。同时我们也希望比赛能够在球迷和彩迷之间产生互动，让更多的球迷关注竞猜型彩票，在观看球赛的同时体验竞猜和中奖的乐趣。

& d8 E& S$ K* b ?% t 刘岳冶：竞彩是天朝体育彩票的新产品，2009年5月1日在全国发行，去年借助世界杯的营销活动，竞彩取得了非常好的成绩，也受到了市场的广泛接受。竞猜型彩票是国际发展的重要趋势，也是体育彩票的核心资源，今年我们将进一步完善竞猜型彩票的产品，改进投注方式，为彩民带来更多投注的选择，使市场有更进一步发展。

) T" C" ~- s/ n1 n/ B. F. ~ 刘岳冶：竞猜型彩票的发展方向和趋势主要从三个方面来理解。一是游戏产品方面。将更加完善产品系列，使彩民更加方便的投注，使竞猜更有乐趣，使得投注更简单，奖金更丰富。二是投注渠道方面。为广大彩民提供更多的投注渠道的选择，特别是个性化的投注渠道。三是奖金设置方面。今年重点试点发行单场固定奖金的产品，便彩民投注更有目的性。/ I+ \* l% [5 g
从游戏产品的结构和国际上竞猜型彩票发展来看，单场固定设奖是竞猜型彩票的发展趋势。但单场固定返奖对发行机构风险管理能力有较高的要求，必须稳妥，分步骤，安全推出。目前，国家体彩中心正在积极研究发行单场固定奖金的可行性和具体方案，同时也在向财政部积极申请相关政策。8 B) W- n9 N2 H3 `; W
记者：2011年是足彩发行10周年，也是体彩竞猜型游戏产品推出10周年。国家体彩中心在今年会给彩民带来哪些活动套餐和意外惊喜呢？7 m% V% `; ?% q, q5 i
刘岳冶：足彩发行十周年是体育彩票一个重要的里程碑。国家体彩中心将根据整个竞猜型彩票的营销方案来组织相关的社会活动和营销活动，包括“足彩嘉年华活动”以及网点营销活动等。各省市也将围绕10周年的主题开展形式多样，丰富多彩的营销活动及庆祝活动，与10年来一直支持竞猜型彩票的彩民们共同度过这个节日。4 m( j1 m1 K" Y, U- g' f
按照计划，有关10周年的活动将从今年下半年欧洲联赛新赛季开始，陆续与彩民们见面。这些活动都将以服务彩民为宗旨，通过与彩民朋友互动交流，共同分享足彩带给我们的乐趣。同时我们还将通过网点的标准化经营和服务，为网点提供更多的竞猜资源，提升网点的竞争能力，让竞猜型彩票向健康稳定的方向发展。（[size=12px]邹丽[/size]） |
