凯文·麦克海尔(Kevin Edward McHale 1957年12月19日-)，前美国NBA篮球运动员，司职大前锋。在1980至1993年间为波士顿凯尔特人队效力长达十三赛季，被誉为是NBA史上最佳的白人大前锋，并与罗伯特·帕里什 (Robert Parish) 和"大鸟"拉里·伯德 (Larry Bird) 组成堪称史上最佳的锋线组合，替球队奠下八十年代的强队基础。2011年6月任休斯顿火箭队主教练。2015年11月18日，凯文·麦克海尔被火箭队解雇。
