+ k/ G, Y, R" U. r 昨日14时30分，西安市公安局召开专题会议，开展了代号为“秋风” 的打击电子游戏机Dubo活动专项行动。& i, I+ G& V' K* |
市公安局副局长孟宗林介绍， “秋风”行动从10月18日起，为期30天，将在全市范围内掀起一次针对游戏机Dubo严打高潮，铲除游戏机Dubo这一“毒瘤”。警方表示，一定要打掉一批Dubo团伙、窝点，铲除一批利用电子游戏机聚众Dubo场所，取缔一批非法经营的游艺场所，查封一批违规经营的游艺场所，严惩一批违法犯罪分子，有效防止和遏制利用电子游戏机Dubo活动蔓延的势头，各责任单位要确保本辖区内没有利用游戏机Dubo场所。

5 Q' U3 S6 W- }# b7 n9 O5 k: w 对于利用游戏机进行Dubo活动的场所，市公安局将实行“四个一律”，即对查处的Dubo游戏厅一律最高限额处罚;对幕后业主及管理人员一律劳动教养;对从业服务和参赌人员一律行政处罚;对查获的赌机、赌具一律收缴，上缴市局集中销毁。对为Dubo游戏厅提供场所的房东或业主进行责任追究及处罚。 I% L0 I" V. d8 _2 A
在打击Dubo厅的过程中，市公安局要求各派出所对辖区内所有游艺场所采取“逐家过”的办法进行全面检查，发现有Dubo行为立即查处。
