0 h* @$ ^3 _# h8 v/ e1 _* H# c严格控制菠菜次数，一天一场，或者2场，无论输赢，尤其是输钱了，不再二存复仇，菠菜次数，犹如房事，不可多，多了，要毙命！古代皇帝很多都是这样死的。另外，据我推测，去现场（澳门）赌的，99%以上都属于不自律的赌徒。

2：运动的
