据澳门日报报道，澳门第14、15期博彩操作从业员培训课程暨第8期在职技能提升课程结业典礼20日举行。澳门幸运博彩业职工总会理事长郑康乐表示，随着近年大量培训庄荷人员，预计明年澳门博彩从业员将达到饱和。+ I) {+ r, [" O( e) L9 M$ L

幸运博彩业职工总会今年开始将会逐步扩大在职培训，课程涵盖博彩业所有岗位，冀藉以提升从业员素质，增加晋升机会。

结业典礼20日上午举行。郑康乐表示，博彩培训课程已经办了15期，历届结业学员就业率均超过80%，不少更在90%以上。该会今年会培训逾2000名庄荷。随着大型娱乐城已经投入经营，相信澳门对庄荷人员的需求将逐步放缓，预计明年达到饱和。该会现正计划逐步扩大在职培训，让现职庄荷掌握更多技能，甚至通过报读场务员课程，增加晋升机会。 * f! @% R' C( r) {3 o3 d
