记者在管庄京客隆里看到一名彩票贩子在兜售两种新型即开彩票——“幸运66”和“红樱桃”，而北京体彩中心此前并未公布这两种新票种已在京发售。“这些彩票都是从河北带来的，所有奖项都在此兑奖。”与其他正规彩票点可以通兑不同，这名彩票贩子表示，从她这里买的彩票也只能在她这里兑奖。

对此，北京体彩中心表示，目前北京正式发行的只有“射门得奖”、“三重钻石”两种即开彩，而“幸运66”和“红樱桃”从未通过北京体彩中心的营销体系在京正式发行。

据介绍，“顶呱刮”目前实行“属地兑换”，各省发售的彩票标码都在各省体彩中心有登记，从这些票贩手里买来的外省彩票，一旦中了大奖票贩子无法兑现，而北京体彩中心又不能识别标号，市民手中的彩票就成了废纸。“目前正在协商整顿彩票网点标识。”北京体彩中心建议市民不要从个人手中购买彩票。在体彩中心正式发布其他票种发售信息前，建议彩民最好不要购买其他品类。 |
