[font=Verdana] 陈添枝指出，对开放离岛设立博彩事业，必须考虑的问题是：有没有人有意愿投资、投资案的评估与竞争力、当地居民是否同意等。若马ZF开放离岛设立娱乐城，他建议参酌新加坡模式，私人提振观光产业。[/font]

[font=Verdana] 新加坡ZF评估，开设娱乐城可望提高台湾生产总值一至二个百分点，若娱乐城开业，入境旅客可增加一倍至每年一千七百万人，观光收入一年约五十八亿美元。至于在预防负面效应方面，将提高新加坡本地人进入娱乐城门坎，包括年龄需超过二十一岁、进场费每天一百美元或一年二千美元、贫困或低收入户禁止进场。[/font][/td][/tr][tr][td] |
