2011年国内彩票业有望再攀高峰破2000亿元

财政部官方网站近日最新公布的数据显示，2010年全国彩票销量再创历史新高。业内人士认为，今年彩票行业将继续规范发展，同时电话售彩和互联网售彩将进一步拓宽彩票销售渠道。在多重利好因素下，彩票业全年有望再攀高峰。

根据财政部网站公布的最新消息，去年我国共销售彩票1662.48亿元，同比增长337.70亿元，涨幅达到25.5%。其中福利彩票机构销售968.02亿元，同比增长211.97亿元，涨幅28.0%；体育彩票机构销售694.46亿元，同比增长125.73亿元，涨幅22.1%。
6 Z) H: `/ N- W& G( s; C" r; V 业内人士表示，2010年是天朝彩票业进入高速发展的黄金时期。在市场和政策的双重利好下，2010年彩票业高歌猛进，用11个月即完成2009年全年销量，更用12个月创造了1600亿元的历史销量新高。! Z" ]! ?# Y O+ m; e- @
在彩票销量取得新高的同时，各彩种、各地区的销量同样不断走高。去年1-12月，乐透型、即开型、竞猜型彩票较上年均取得较大增长，全国29个省份彩票销量与上年同期相比，亦呈上升态势。
8 N& T, ~" m5 F9 W9 V 业内人士认为，健康的市场、开放的政策是促进彩票行业在2010年快速发展的重要因素。2009年下半年以来，部分省市陆续上市竞猜型彩票新游戏、中福在线部分游戏两次扩大销售范围等原因，均进一步带动了彩票业的发展。在这种形势下，彩票种类、销售渠道的增加和拓展，市场政策因素的互相影响，促成了彩票业在2010年的发力。

" E0 E5 r% f+ R! m 据天朝福利彩票发行管理中心相关数据显示，2010年福利彩票机构销售968.02亿元，实现累计销量接近5100亿元，筹集福彩公益金总量超过1670亿元。按全国13亿人口计算，人均购买福利彩票392元。有业内人士表示，福利彩票的良好表现不仅表明我国福利彩票事业的发展，更反映出彩民日趋成熟，更多关注公益事业，极大地促进了我国公益事业的发展。
