1 R. E$ w+ b9 C) B0 c' w3 i: e4 v6 l* c 据警方介绍，8月份以来，一些游戏机经营业主借机在经营电玩、动漫等娱乐游戏业务的同时，暗中实施游戏机Dubo活动。导致利用游戏机进行Dubo活动再次回潮，严重危害社会治安，群众反映十分强烈。Dubo厅已成为影响我市社会治安的一块“毒瘤”。

8 T r8 a% h1 }* a) e. A1 o 昨日14时30分，西安市公安局召开专题会议，开展了代号为“秋风” 的打击电子游戏机Dubo活动专项行动。4 E8 c. y+ s& ~; x1 M7 G1 i/ o. P
市公安局副局长孟宗林介绍， “秋风”行动从10月18日起，为期30天，将在全市范围内掀起一次针对游戏机Dubo严打高潮，铲除游戏机Dubo这一“毒瘤”。警方表示，一定要打掉一批Dubo团伙、窝点，铲除一批利用电子游戏机聚众Dubo场所，取缔一批非法经营的游艺场所，查封一批违规经营的游艺场所，严惩一批违法犯罪分子，有效防止和遏制利用电子游戏机Dubo活动蔓延的势头，各责任单位要确保本辖区内没有利用游戏机Dubo场所。

1 g: I+ e2 o/ ~& k- m 对于利用游戏机进行Dubo活动的场所，市公安局将实行“四个一律”，即对查处的Dubo游戏厅一律最高限额处罚;对幕后业主及管理人员一律劳动教养;对从业服务和参赌人员一律行政处罚;对查获的赌机、赌具一律收缴，上缴市局集中销毁。对为Dubo游戏厅提供场所的房东或业主进行责任追究及处罚。3 J& }: [& y/ [, v
在打击Dubo厅的过程中，市公安局要求各派出所对辖区内所有游艺场所采取“逐家过”的办法进行全面检查，发现有Dubo行为立即查处。. h0 }% y, b' ~4 p% E5 x, z

Dubo厅被媒体曝光，派出所未依法进行查处的，将追究相关责任人的责任。对上级批转和媒体曝光的Dubo厅，相关派出所查处不力，且造成严重的社会影响的，责令派出所负责人辞职。 |
