日前有消息说，著名演员海清和黄海波将在2011年央视春晚演出小品《中奖》，据悉，该小品讲的是一个关于彩票的诚信故事，在央视春晚这个特殊平台上上演，想必会把彩票的诚信因素给予极大的放大，对于公益彩票而言是个利好。

今年11月5日，体彩“七星彩”第10130期开奖，一等奖中奖号码为“6674521”，全国共有5注中得一等奖，其中一注花落新乡。据资料显示，这一注大奖是由新乡体彩12012网点，也就是李国华经营的投注站所中。“得知中奖后，我才发现那张中奖的彩票就在我怀里揣着呢！”李国华说，这位铁杆彩迷平常都是预存一部分现金在投注站，让自己定期帮忙购买。可第10130期彩票开奖后，那位彩民却始终没露面。

+ c( I2 R* c8 v, A; o# W$ f 别人的500万元中奖彩票就在自己口袋里，啥感觉？李国华说到此处笑了：“很复杂，但最主要的是心里不安，担心彩票在自己手里出现了意外。”李国华坦言，500万元大奖要说不动心那是胡扯，但“做生意讲究的就是诚信两个字，要是昧了良心，估计一辈子都抬不起头”。

最终在保管10天之后，李国华将中奖彩票还给了中奖者，而且还退回了中奖者送来的2000元酬金。
