在当地经营着一个彩票点的温老板对兰某有着极为深刻的印象，“2004年到2005年，他每次购买彩票还在300元左右，而2006年后基本上每天都买，一次少则500多则数千元，最多一次连续十几天进行彩票包号，花费在十万元左右。”

丽水市检察院提供的一份体育彩票兑奖款明细表，清楚地记录了2006年2月至2008年11月，兰某妻子与女儿中奖金额多达60多万元，而他本人无中奖记录。“在他看来，亲友代领，可以避免债主直接上门要债，是转移财产的一种方式。”该案检察官告诉记者。* f3 O5 n; E; O/ s0 C
