据当地媒体报道，日前，英国国家彩票正在积极寻找去年11月在东萨塞克斯郡售出的“欧洲百万”彩票120万欧元的大奖得主，该大奖中出后至今仍无人认领。根据英国彩票规则，中奖者有180天的兑奖期限，该120万欧元大奖的兑奖截止时间是5月23日晚上11时。在仅余的几天里，如果大奖得主再不现身，该大奖就会成为彩票弃奖。2 P @0 W. l' L; s7 U, ?2 O

( b; q f& U* U/ z据英国国家彩票日前公布的数据显示，在过去的五年里，大约有9000万欧元的彩票弃奖奖金陷入了无人领取的尴尬。其中，在2008年，大约有2100万欧元的奖金无人申领，占当年彩票营业额的2.5%，创下了年度彩票弃奖的最高纪录。
) ~4 U. b7 B6 P6 `' Z$ W数据显示，仅去年，国家彩票的账目上就有近1700万元欧元的奖金成为彩票弃奖。在去年大量无人申领的这些弃奖中，既有大奖，也有较小的奖。其中，被弃的大奖包括去年四月在韦克斯福德郡戈里地区售出的250000欧元的“乐透加2”游戏大奖，被弃的较小的奖包括两个奖金为25000欧元的“乐透5”游戏奖金。
