足坛扫赌打击对象转移 境外DB网站成众矢之的

自从3月初几名裁判被扫赌专案组带走之后，最近一个多月一直没有新的足球圈人士涉案的消息。日前，很多境外的DB网站都关闭了天朝大陆网上银行汇款的业务，这也导致赌客们无法转账，进而无法下注。这也表明，扫赌已经转移了打击重点，DB网站将成重点打击对象。8 r9 O0 B3 u/ w: o. {1 N: a! v

转移 DB网站成下一个打击重点
7 j" f' ]) q+ d: N/ l: u% X' L 这场扫赌风暴持续了有近一年的时间，一开始扫赌的重点是那些操控了国内足球比赛的官员、球员，之后南勇、杨一民两名足协高官落马，最终牵出了陆俊等三名裁判员。最近一个多月，我们始终没有听到其他涉案人员落马的消息，韦迪也证实扫赌已经接近尾声。不过，警方并没有停止行动，他们已经转移了新的目标。

9 T1 r' V/ M% \) @/ k* `' V8 T# K 通过王鑫、王珀以及杜允琪的供述，我们可以得知这些涉案人员在操控比赛的同时也都参与赌球。其中王鑫、王珀两人是通过境外的云顶国际来从事赌球活动的，单单是山西路虎输给广州医药那一场比赛，他们就获利十余万元。此事被央视披露之后，该网站在第二天就关门大吉。现在，警方已经把打击的重点转移到这些境外的DB网站上来，“每年有亿万的资金通过赌球流出境外，所以必须要严厉打击网络赌球！ ”相关人士这样透露。) ^, ]* n' C" V; ?6 r( p9 g

退出 部分DB网站纷纷撤离
8 N) g2 Y9 x; x! c1 Y& w c' p o% U1 u 之前人们要想在网上赌球实在是太简单了，只需要一台电脑、一根网线再加上一个开通了网上银行的借记卡就可以。但在前一段时间，很多网站都停止了提款业务。也就是说，赌客们可以正常通过存款业务来把资金转移到DB网站上，但不管输赢，赌客都无法提取现金。但在最近，DB网站又关闭了存款业务，少数的一些网站仅仅接受境外信用卡的存款，他们给出的原因是“第三方交易平台受限”，也就是说通过网上银行存款到DB网站的这条路已经被堵死了。4 `" h7 A9 b7 i9 g

有消息说，这场扫赌风暴之所以会如此猛烈，主要是因为每年天朝有数以亿万的资金通过网络赌球流失到国外，给国家造成了巨大的损失。6月中旬，万众瞩目的世界杯即将开幕，那时更会有很多赌客想网络赌球。“每逢大赛，都是DB网站效益最好的时候，比赛受关注的程度越高，赌客的投入就越多，资金流量就会越大！ ”相关人士这样向记者透露，现在，警方对网络赌球的打击，无疑堵住了在世界杯期间赌球的通道。 |
