彩票中心：易惹纠纷不鼓励
% ], A" _ M- h% T3 B$ E1 s8 w. y 陕西省体育彩票西安管理站“竞彩”负责人李谦说，一些彩民喜欢电话投注，事后才给钱，这种做法风险大，根据规定，彩票不记名不挂失，外地有过彩民通过电话委托他人购彩的情况，中奖后发生了纠纷，所以不鼓励这种投注办法。他们刚知道了孙先生为彩民垫资中奖的事情。随后会对该投注站诚信经营的做法给予奖励。
9 B3 H `; r% z( Q! o) x 法律人士表示，投注站业主代彩民购买彩票，大奖应当归彩民所有。如果钱是垫付的，彩民应返还票款。根据彩票的兑奖规则，如果出现赖账，彩民又无法举证证明其委托事实，也很难拿到奖金。建议委托购买彩票时，尽量保存证据。 |
