今日凌晨，美股收盘涨跌不一。道指涨幅为0.71%，标普500指数涨幅为0.19%，而纳指跌幅为0.19%。市场似乎还在等待美联储会议纪要，希望从中寻找未来加息路径的线索。
8月到现在虽然已经过半了，美股市场走势明显偏强，但对币圈而言，这10多天以来，币圈却一点都不安生，甚至可以说，几乎每一天都有大事件发生。
1、安全事件频发，圈子里不是池子受到攻击，就是链上各种丢币等等，这些安全事件的频发，泄露的信号，就是现在的市场是场内博弈，缺少流动性。从侧面反映了这个市场目前不是很好，大家都没赚到钱。
2、政策再度紧缩。最近，美国制裁了龙卷风系统，这是美国首次制裁DeFi协议。国内就更不用说了，网信办最近也再次大批量封禁币圈号，封禁的原因主要是这些号在引导投资，很容易对社会稳定和金融秩序造成冲击。
这背后透露的信号是政策会持续高压。
3、至于交易所跑路潮，前期已经说的够多了，不再赘述，但还是提醒大家，不要去野鸡交易所玩，这些交易所的竞争力太弱了，竞争不过那些头牌交易所，成本又高，跑路是迟早的事。
最后要说，币圈强监管来临，若流动性来临，黑天鹅事件频发，在这样的市场环境下我们应该怎么做呢？非常重要的一点，就是要是保证现金流的充沛，让自己在低点的时候能够有足够的资金去抄底，切记，千万不要梭哈！
行情分析
BTC短线支撑23300-23600美元，短线压力24500-25000美元。美三大股指涨跌互现，外部环境一般。冷风认为目前大饼反弹的趋势没有改变，蓄势后仍会有一波上涨，但已经属于鱼尾行情了，大家且行且珍惜，坚持高抛低吸为主。个人觉得还是看到120日均线的位置，但时间越是往八月中下旬移动，风险系数会越大。
ETH短线支撑1780-1850美元，短线压力1950-2000美元。以太坊同样也会有一短波鱼尾行情，目前来看已经接近伏击圈了，在1800美元附近可以小仓位买多，在2000-2100美元出局。冷风提醒大家二点，一是以太利好马上要兑现，手里持有以太坊中长线的筹码要逐步配发为好。二是冷风认为2100-2300美元很可能是本轮行情的高点，大家在2100美元附近可以分批做趋势空单。主流币跟随大饼波动，按照大饼节奏操作。
山寨币三个原则，大饼稳，板块热，龙头强。冷风认为山寨币炒作有二点，一是大饼要稳。二是要抓住主线。六月份开始冷风一直在推荐山寨币的机会，而八月初却开始提醒大家山寨币回吐的风险，因此还是谨慎为好。短线来看，今晨山寨币跟跌不跟涨的现象有所改变，但只是短线机会而已，大饼企稳会有反弹，重点关注AAVE,TRB,DOGE，ZEC,XMR。
