1月5日，记者从青岛市福彩中心获悉，截至2010年12月31日，青岛市福利彩票年销量达到17.85亿元，实现了历史性突破。青岛福彩已经连续11年人均销量、单机销量、总销量位居全国同等城市第一 ，为国家筹集了福彩公益金5.06亿元。5 |; s1 E: o2 S( g9 s/ ]" J1 x- Q
据了解，2010年，青岛福彩贯彻“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾 ”的发行宗旨，秉承“公开、公平、公正、公信”的发行原则，落实“安全运行，健康发展”的指导方针。面对彩票市场存在的诸多新问题、新挑战，青岛福彩积极调整业务模式适应市场，探索新路、科学管理、诚信经营，以创新谋发展，以规范求公信，树立了福利彩票的良好形象。2010年度彩票总销量达到17.85亿元，共筹集福彩公益金5.06亿元，在青岛彩票史上树立了意义非凡的里程碑。
) [& k* j* X+ ?/ x9 ]2 p 多年来，青岛福彩将筹集的大量公益金广泛用于社会救助和社会公益事业，广大市民亲眼见证了福利彩票为社会做出的巨大贡献，成为引领市民奉献爱心、传播慈善的一个载体，也成为社会福利事业发展的资金支柱。据悉，自1987年福利彩票诞生至今的23年中，青岛福彩已累计销售福利彩票118亿元，筹集公益金35亿元，资助社会福利、公益项目9000多个，增加社会就业8000多人，救助困难群众270多万人。无论是福彩公益金开展的“星光计划”、“双千计划”、“社区老年健身路径”、“残疾人安居工程”、“明天计划”、“蓝天计划”、“福彩春节扶贫济困送温暖”、“福彩紧急救助”等项目，还是孤残儿童和春蕾女童、特殊教育事业、教育基金的投入和一些立项资助的福利项目和公益设施，在促进社会经济和相关产业发展的同时，为社会福利、公益事业的发展做出了突出贡献。 |
