ESPN运动台业务经理黄明仁等十人，组成一个职业运动博彩网集团，在大台北地区设立二十六个Dubo站点，并以出租车行、眼镜行或网吧等为掩护，接受赌客押注。集团成立一年多，初步估计涉案金额超过十亿元台币，警方不排除球评和体育记者也涉及Dubo。0 R, S& v$ b, j) {9 p

黄明仁供称，当初是受到球评的怂恿，说做庄家很有赚头，才边下注边学习，不过他后悔的说“被球评骗了”，因为他的下游代理商不但不按时上缴下注金额给他，有时还跑路，而他却得按时上缴给股东，经营一年多，已亏损上百万元，连老本都赔进去了。
