斯特恩将不惩罚Dubo裁判 宣布新管理条例防范未然

《纽约时报》报道，由于内部的一次调查，发现了全部56位裁判中有一半以上违反了NBA禁止参与Dubo的条例。在召集联盟理事会举行了一场新闻发布会以后，斯特恩决定不惩罚所有违规的裁判员，他认为目前联盟的规则已经过时。斯特恩将改变禁止裁判Dubo的有关政策。7 O; L& M1 c- i F
