新华网宜昌１１月１２日电（记者刘紫凌 冯国栋）近日媒体报道湖北省宜昌市“金鑫动漫城”涉嫌Dubo，造成较大社会反响，引起当地高度重视。１２日晚，宜昌市人民ZF通报了对全市２１４５家公共娱乐场所进行“地毯式”清查整治的情况，并表示要形成长效机制，严禁、严处公共娱乐场所Dubo行为。: D( v$ h* v! B" J
１１日晚，宜昌共出动警力３１００多人，采取领导挂牌督办、集中统一清查、异地用警、公开举报方式、明察暗访、黄牌整治等六项“硬措施”，以游戏机室、电玩城Dubo为整治重点，展开清查行动，净化文化市场环境。 F3 @6 H: l) C; _
在清查行动中，执法人员严格实行“五个一律”：对利用游戏机、电玩城Dubo的人员，构成犯罪的，一律追刑；对查获参与游戏机、电玩城Dubo的违法人员，一律依法靠上限查处；对多次被查处过参与电子游戏室、电玩城Dubo的人员，一律劳教；对具有Dubo功能的电子游戏机、电路板及其他Dubo工具一律收缴销毁；对存在Dubo的电子游戏室、电玩城，一律抄告工商、文化部门依法查封取缔。
2 r, C+ d2 ?6 } e( Z9 Z% n 宜昌市公安局西陵区分局对辖区“城市英雄”、“乐可多”、“奇奇乐园”３家电玩城进行突击检查，现场收缴“捕鱼达人”、“小熊维尼”Dubo机１３台；伍家岗区分局现场收缴“大金鲨”大型Dubo机２台，各类小型Dubo机３２台；东山开发区分局在“东方杰座”查获一起聚众Dubo案件，抓获涉案人员９名，收缴赌资７０００余元。另外还在一茶楼查获一起Dubo案件，收缴赌资１．６万元。与此同时，宜昌所辖各县市也开展了大规模的集中清查行动。& S7 i) o; c; R) }$ y, d* u8 ?
据介绍，宜昌市公安机关已对涉嫌Dubo的“金鑫动漫城”负责人刘小华进行立案调查。对负有管理责任的辖区分局治安大队和派出所负责人，已按规定停止其执行职务。 |
