2012年彩票公益金支持乡村少年宫项目启动

“十二五”时期，中央财政共安排中央专项彩票公益金24.5亿元，支持各地依托乡镇中心学校建设8000所乡村学校少年宫。该项目自去年启动实施以来，各地高度重视，出台相关措施，认真组织建设。目前，2011年度建设的1600所乡村学校少年宫已全部投入运转。各乡村学校少年宫精心设计活动项目，广泛开展丰富多彩的文体娱乐活动、力所能及的技能培训活动和内容鲜活的经典诵读活动，极大丰富了农村未成年人精神文化生活，使乡村学校少年宫成为学生高兴、家长放心、群众满意的活动乐园，成为新时期农村未成年人思想道德建设的有力抓手。同时，中央专项彩票公益金支持乡村学校少年宫项目也广泛带动了农村校外活动场所建设，推动了公共文化服务体系向农村拓展延伸。各地采取财政配套、部门共建、文明单位支持、社会捐助等多种方式，自建了一大批乡村学校少年宫。
; N9 u. P' n$ [' C 今年中央专项彩票公益金支持建设的1800所乡村学校少年宫，将在总结去年项目建设经验的基础上，在选址标准、器材采购、辅导员队伍建设等方面作进一步完善，力争10月底投入使用。届时，中央专项彩票公益金支持建成的乡村学校少年宫将达到3400所，更多农村未成年人将享受到免费优质的校外教育。 |
