7岁的孩子本应有一个无忧无虑的生活，本应生活在家人的呵护和社会的关爱中，但今年刚刚7岁的西安男童杨杨却需要用稚嫩的肩膀担起家庭的重责。11月8日，媒体报道了杨杨靠着捡破烂和自己患病的五旬老父相依为命的新闻，节目播出后引起了陕西省民政厅领导和省福彩中心的关注， 11月11日上午，省福彩中心向杨杨的家庭捐助了1万元现金。
, }' x! M* W: U! g! y O T6 n 杨杨的父亲名叫杨兴华，今年58岁，因患脑梗丧失语言和行动能力，此前一直和7岁的杨杨生活在长安区，靠打零工维持生计，家里再没有其他亲人。杨兴华的突然生病让这个家庭瞬间崩溃，懂事的杨杨虽然只有7岁，却坚强的担起了照顾父亲的重任，靠着捡破烂和周围好心人的接济与老父相依为命。杨杨的事迹和遭遇深深感动了陕西福彩中心的干部职工，中心决定从福利彩票资金中拿出1万元捐助给杨杨一家。
% e9 g( ^- o$ D( a+ T 11日上午，副主任李锋带着陕西福彩中心干部职工的爱心，来到了收治杨杨父亲杨兴华的长安区医院。据了解，在新闻播出后，当地ZF已将杨兴华接到医院进行治疗，并安排杨杨在附近的小学插班就读李锋副主任仔细询问了杨兴华的治疗情况，拉着杨兴华的手说，杨杨一家的遭遇牵动了我们福彩人的心，福利彩票的发行宗旨是“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”，钱虽不多，表达了我们全省福彩系统的爱心，希望用这笔钱帮助你们度过暂时的困难。因为不能说话，杨兴华不住的流着眼泪，并不时的伸出大拇指，情绪激动。由于病情的关系，福彩中心捐助的1万元现金和营养品，由长安区民政局救助站的工作人员代为保管，用于杨兴华的治疗和杨杨日常的生活费用。 |
