2 N7 k$ P |% f4 G: T 近年来，晋江市利用体育彩票公益金，加强全民健身设施建设，极大地改善了广大群众的健身条件，受到广泛好评，成为名副其实的“民心工程”。
+ h$ b8 S; ]# q h+ Y 推广普及农村体育健身路径
- j* D* ~# q8 }- W, \# [, n$ O 晋江市从2007年开始实施《加快普及晋江市农村体育健身路径试行方案》，采取每套健身路径补助1.5万元(其中示范村、示范社区每套补助2万元)的方法，从体育彩票公益金中予以核拨。到2009年，全市已验收健身路径419套，遍布全市287个行政村(社区)，为基层群众参加健身提供了极大的便利，深受群众的欢迎，成为晋江市新农村建设中为群众做出的最实在、最具体、最受人民欢迎的实事之一。* ] ]( l( t6 T3 }7 a0 o
精心打造农村体育设施精品工程) j& V4 H9 |1 w! w1 U
继成功普及农村体育健身路径之后，2009年，晋江市又实施了《晋江市农村体育设施精品工程(门球场)的试行方案》，按照新建人造草坪门球场补助3.5万元、改建补助3万元的方法，从体育彩票公益金中核拨补助经费。新建或改建后的人造草坪门球场，得到当地群众，尤其是老年人的一致好评，为他们参加门球运动，锻炼身体提供了良好的场地条件。

结合城市建设，晋江市充分利用体育彩票公益金“取之于民，用之于民”的特点，为罗裳山公园、绿洲公园等新兴的市民休闲场所铺置健身登山步道，配置健身器材，使市民在亲近自然、欣赏景观的同时可以方便地运动健身，建立科学健康的生活方式。

+ o `1 a7 Q. L# r" O7 u 2010年晋江市成功举办第十一届市运会，组织举行少儿象棋锦标赛、乒乓球男子团体赛、围棋比赛、首届广场健身舞大赛、首届农民羽毛球比赛等等，以群众喜闻乐见的方式，掀起全民健身的热潮。这些精彩纷呈、丰富多彩的赛事活动背后，离不开体育彩票公益金的有力支撑。(晋江市文体局) |
