福彩爱心助汶川凤凰涅槃 70亿资金用于灾后重建

新快报讯 记者 陆妍思 报道 2011年5月12日，汶川地震三周年纪念日。今天的汶川，不再是满目疮痍，不再是断壁残垣，她以全新的面貌展现在我们面前。其间，天朝福利彩票积极践行“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨，为汶川的灾后重建贡献了巨大的力量。" q0 Y( O, }; C C3 }& x5 P
为支持汶川大地震灾区重建工作，自2008年7月1日起，到2010年12月31日止，天朝福利彩票发行管理中心将福彩刮刮乐和中福在线两个票种作为募集汶川大地震灾区“福彩赈灾公益金”的专项彩票，所筹公益金50%上缴中央财政统筹安排用于汶川大地震灾后重建；50%通过地方ZF支援汶川大地震灾后重建。其中，有对口支援任务的省区市，纳入本地ZF对口支援资金，没有对口支援任务的省区市，由当地ZF选择支援对象、项目，地震灾区各省份可直接用于本省灾后重建。$ r$ N5 U( f$ m+ M9 V
此外，天朝福利彩票发行管理中心还专门发行了赈灾的即开型彩票来筹集公益金，专项用于震区灾后重建，其中即开型赈灾主题彩票主要有《扶危济困》、《众志成城》、《同舟共济》、《重建家园》。为筹集更多的赈灾公益金，各省市福彩中心也开展了很多刮刮乐彩票的营销活动。
/ K" Q7 R" }- O* i8 X 据统计，2009年全国彩票公益金中，用于抗震救灾的资金有44.52亿元。截至2010年12月5日，网点即开票和中福在线票作为赈灾彩票共筹集福彩赈灾资金70多亿元，并全额专项用于汶川地震灾区恢复重建。 |
