最近看到您在央视黄金档的节目中出镜，对于“中福在线”的情况您还能再谈谈吗？

Y' I 王薛红：在这本来是不想谈这个问题的，怕越描越黑。但既然有朋友提出了这个问题，还是来说一下我个人观点。对于“中福在线”我们不讨论其性质,这是一个姓资姓社的问题，并非是从专业性的角度去讨论。我们不会对这个问题来进行研究。我们应该从法律的角度去讨论，是合法和非法的问题。对于这个行业来说，政策允许的就是合法的。我们强调其专业性的一面。在改革开放之初，邓小平同志就解决了这个性质问题。作为一个专业的研究机构，我们也不去争论这个问题。我们研究的是如何安全、稳定的推动彩票业的发展，发挥其公益性的一面，和对社会的推动性作用。如何更好的服务于社会。这是我一再重申的观点。节目中的观点和我一直以来坚持的观点是有出入的，就此也说明一下。

P* X3 t5 r, N3 R 天朝彩票业20年走过来，市场已经发展到上千亿——从1000万到1000亿，应该说走的日子是比较漫长的，我们是走了20年，20年风风雨雨，其中也有很多的坎坷，也有很多值得大家回忆的历史闪光点。我觉得天朝彩票业的发展，首先要从我们彩票的定位上开始探讨，对于彩票给社会它所产生的社会功能，我希望媒体朋友加强研究、加强学习，能够把彩票的社会功能的正面性、尤其对于今天我们构建和谐社会，彩票能够产生的社会作用，能够更多地给与关注。我经常这么想，香港没有跑马，它的社会也不会像今天这么稳定；澳门之所以有一个繁荣的经济发展和社会发展，也跟它的博彩业的发展有着很深的关系。天朝的彩票，应该说在满足消费者需求方面也起到了不小的作用。那么大家这就只是从心里基础的角度去看。从我们经济发展的角度去看，我们的彩票业也已经成为一个产业链，从劳动力就业和相关产业经济发展的拉动方面也起到了相应的作用。所以我们应该对我们的彩票行业有一个更全面、更深入的认识。
