40多岁的市区鑫城家园保安张师傅说，1月21日对他来说是个难忘的日子，难得中一次10万元大奖，彩票却莫名其妙地丢失，这样的心理落差实在太大。因怀疑自己的彩票被偷窃，近日，张师傅向公安机关报了案。1 ?5 J4 n2 T" s9 b- u8 [2 ]2 d
张师傅来自湖北，是一个老彩民，买了很多年的彩票，但从来没中过大奖，忽然有一天，他发现自己买的彩票中了大奖。( X; I* J, F3 s' h' i, y) ?& m
张师傅说，1月21日下午4点多，他在市区雪花巷一彩票投注站买了三张体彩排列五。回来后他将彩票往值班交接簿内一夹，就出去吃饭了。# P8 ~+ K) n! c& \, _) K' U$ g
“当天晚上10点多，我的同事刘某跑来告诉我体彩排列五开奖了，问我有没有中奖。”张师傅回忆说，当时他看了一下中奖号码，发现跟自己买的一张彩票号码正好吻合，才意识到自己中了10万元大奖。得知中了大奖，张师傅显得特别兴奋，但等他回头再去取那张中奖彩票时，彩票已不翼而飞。
2 O9 M! f% z; F 张师傅说，他怀疑自己的彩票被同事刘某拿了，因为刘某也经常买彩票，平时有翻看他彩票的习惯。同时，事发当日，他去吃饭时，正好刘某当班。. P- ]4 C- B$ ]- e/ \$ c: m0 `# p3 M
此后，张师傅和刘某为彩票的事闹翻了。1月27日，张师傅向公安机关报了案。
' F! I% ]) B& A3 ]4 y2 f x 鹿城公安分局水心派出所受理此案。经办民警说，他们调查所知，10万元奖金是被刘某领走的。刘某承认奖金是他领取的，但他坚持彩票是他自己买的。
; E, x V9 a. t5 t9 G 民警说，经过对事发地彩票投注站的调查发现，不仅张某在那里买彩票，刘某也经常光顾那个彩票投注站。投注站老板说，事发当日记不清究竟是谁买走彩票。由于事发地彩票投注站没有监控设备，很难鉴定事发当日，这张中奖彩票究竟是谁买的。
; X( z D- S6 O2 e A6 h 经办民警说，现在由于没有证据证明这张中奖彩票是归张师傅所有，不能仅凭张师傅一面之词定案。
* |: [" n1 D! u$ t& f* x. _" c 彩票投注站老板说，彩票是一张纸，它向来都是不记名、不挂失的。“平时一般人买了彩票都像宝贝一样藏起来，谁会像张师傅一样随便乱丢。”
% X, x. _/ g0 O P9 ]9 J8 b 温州体彩中心工作人员说，体育彩票是认票不认人，在没有接到公安或者司法机关要求停止兑奖的情况下，公民带上身份证和彩票就可以兑奖。2 _0 r5 b! u: W
