原广东省体育彩票管理中心主任麦良因被直属彩票网点空打彩票“拖下水”，涉嫌玩忽职守一案曾轰动一时，从2007年起，被刑拘、逮捕、起诉，经历获刑3年半、发回重审、再到有罪免刑，麦良最终在去年11月被宣告无罪。脱罪一年后，麦良对错押590天申请国家赔偿1100万元，再次引起社会关注。(12月9日《信息时报》) 在法律面前，官员跟庶民权利义务平等，被错抓误判，当然具有依法申请国家赔偿的权利，索要多少赔偿金那也是他的自由，毕竟最终得由有关部门审定。因而，面对麦良主任的天价索赔，他人无可指责。( H6 S5 V( y, N9 T; V9 a+ _% M& ]

不过，这1100万元的索赔额，也的确不乏值得玩味的地方。麦主任在听证时表示，父亲去世和错失的ZZ前途，不是金钱可以衡量的，申请国家赔偿不只是为了经济赔偿，更希望司法机关审判时“不枉不纵”，惩前毖后。这样的理由无可非议，倒是其中的ZZ前途却很容易让人引发另一番遐想。4 W1 S3 }/ q" a2 A

麦主任不满当地法院、检察院作出的7万多赔偿决定，或许自有他的道理，但这1100万的天价，不知根据什么方式算出来的，国家赔偿无疑得依法进行，也必然有个法定的额度，河南赵作海受了那么大的冤屈，坐了十多年牢，也只获赔几十万而已，麦主任被错押590天，要价高达近20倍，显然有点匪夷所思。' w; e" y' S* n
