在足球场上，进攻方和防守方为了争夺球权，利用身体的冲撞和对抗往往是经常发生的，但是冲撞程度必须有一个尺度，不能用带有杀伤性的动作去伤害对方，所以“合理冲撞”在比赛中就应运而生。

足球合理冲撞是指球双方队员的在控制范围内争夺球权时进行的身体对抗和接触。规则允许可以用肩以下至肘关节以上的臂侧部进行合理的冲撞，不符合以上动作标准的冲撞将被视为犯规。

当防守者并肩与运球者跑动追球时，防守者重心稍下降，靠近对手一侧的手臂紧贴身体，利用对手同侧脚离地的过程，用肘关节以上部分适当冲撞对手同样部位，使对手身体失去平衡，乘机将球控制住。 - v2 o0 ]) ]. ?/ j7 N1 o& p6 W

, p( O, N, }9 q3 H {8 A所谓“力量适当”必须具备下列几个条件： - 冲撞的目的必须在于控球或抢球。所以球必须是在球员可控制的范围之内（一般是1-2米）。
- 冲撞时，人必须向球跑动，也就是说必须是以球作为目标。
- 冲撞时臂部必须紧贴自己上体体侧。
- .冲撞的力量要适当，不得用力猛撞或做带有危险性的动作。

- 可能会被视为犯规的情况
- 冲撞时，使用规定外的其他身体器官（比如膝盖、背部）
- 对方起跳后，进行冲撞。
- 用力过猛。
