9月28日上午，城区某机关单位驾驶员郎某站到了被告席上。法院当庭宣判：郎犯信用卡诈骗罪，判处有期徒刑五年零六个月，并处罚金6万元。
3 n( A! J/ m6 n. ?8 m 郎某今年45岁，曾经在部队服役13年。退伍转业后在富阳某行政单位工作，享受公务员待遇。
' x- ~' c, x T+ M 闲暇时间，郎某沾染上了Dubo的恶习，从小赌赌到大搞搞，从小输小赢到上千上万，郎的手头渐渐拮据起来。随后，他又把发财的希望寄托于买彩票中大奖上。Dubo和彩票两大嗜好，很快将郎的积蓄消耗殆尽。走投无路时，郎某开始动起了信用卡透支的脑筋。. ^6 L' e# ` K8 a
检察机关指控：2008年7月至2008年11月间，郎某因为Dubo输了30多万元钱后，无力归还，于是听从别人怂恿，以个人名义向天朝民生等银行共申请办理了5张信用卡，并开始透支，用于Dubo和还赌资。. d$ R5 R5 i3 |& o+ ?- c$ ], x) O. Z
截至去年7月，郎某在这5张信用卡内共计透支本金11.2955万元。银行多次向他催讨，但他一直拒不还款。
0 v" p) d- m C6 Q) B3 M; U 法庭上，郎对自己的犯罪行为供认不讳。当公诉人询问其归还欠款的情况时，郎表示自己无力偿还，而妻子也因为此事已和自己离婚，没有人能帮他归还欠款。
