男子办Dubo网站3个月净赚176万被捕

本报讯 昨日，市检察院向媒体披露，近日我市端掉了一个涉案2.58亿元的Dubo网站。自我市公、检、法三家7月31日已出台《关于办理网络Dubo的指导意见》以来，检察机关以涉嫌开设DC罪批捕8件15人，以Dubo罪批捕1件1人，以开设DC罪起诉3件5人。4 m/ o4 G; ^0 P) j7 h: s
7 h' _7 o/ n: T! A: G8 z' Z 据介绍，2008年底，王某为开设Dubo网站赢利，伙同张某从境外购买Dubo软件，后又授意杜某租用境外服务器作为Dubo的网络平台，并投资在沙坪坝区曾家镇成立创想工作室和“万利”Dubo网，张某为工作室总负责人，内设会计、网络技术维护人员、大组长、组长等分工。4 _( T# s, ]! `- G

在此基础上，张某等人又先后组织社会无业人员黄某等达50余人作为该工作室陪赌人员，与赌客在网上进行打麻将、斗地主等网络Dubo。同时，“万利”Dubo网以积极发展下级代理的模式进行扩张，以王某为首，先后在川渝两地发展了李某等五人为一级代理。李某等人又向下发展了多人分别为二级代理或会员（赌客），至案发时，“万利”Dubo网络共发展各级代理501人（次）、赌客3037人（次）。

7 h- o5 b* ~$ I9 B 据查，今年1月至3月，“万利”Dubo网共接受投注8884万余元，下注99万余次，该Dubo网站仅“抽水”获利176.8万余元。而王某自开设该Dubo网络以来，其在该Dubo网站上的账号下的余额高达2.58亿元。日前，王某等20名犯罪嫌疑人已被检察机关以涉嫌开设DC罪批捕。- ~3 d6 B' ], k z9 Y
