365每月都会有这样的情况的,究竟是什么原因呢?
7 `9 ~! p- d: ^每次都会登陆不了,更新不了.难道我这个地区的网络连接不稳定?
: o% A8 c% Z( O' [8 n但奇怪的是我打开其他网页都正常,包括365的网站.
6 ?1 k9 l$ q- n" ^- J' A8 w4 d问过客服,也只是叫我删除COOKIES,重启电脑. 但作用并不大.+ ?; }8 ~* i J7 T( d9 z: b' Q) t& f
现在重新下载了客户端,但安装起来更新文件也是没反应.
1 ^/ l4 M6 o! q7 ]7 X主要是速度太慢了,下载不了文件. 真的是比较怪的." }9 N/ r2 N9 c- p7 G" u1 S

问题解决了.今天早上就详细的跟客服反应过这个问题.
+ Y$ ~* M3 c1 d主要是365更新了后,我就怎么也连接不上.下载更新文件不了.
& e% [1 s2 Q% [+ ]比较意外的是,365居然打了2次电话过来. P; D6 V. G3 y4 o& N# G% _2 O
第一次问我是 登陆时出现什么信息?或什么现象.然后叫技术部跟进.; i2 u- a' ?- @. Z" d$ C4 q/ N9 ?
第二次问我是 差不多10点钟了,那时在上班.他说应该把问题解决了,叫 u' W9 [6 C3 _' H) X4 K
我试一试,如果有什么问题再向客服反应.! T1 G1 X5 f1 m! P! H
365的电话是+019044213, 不知道这电话是哪里打来的呢.; }2 O" K) ~* {; V* I9 \/ q
来电显示就这样,是有+号的. |
