8 ?# g& c1 X/ {0 e d[color=#333333][font=宋体] 25日，唐某、姚某等15名被告人被以涉嫌开设DC罪、妨害信用卡管理罪提起公诉。检察机关指控，2010年10月，被告人唐某伙同两名菲律宾人在菲律宾卡加延特区开办了名为“IntervolumserviceCompany”的Dubo公司，并以该公司为据点在互联网上建立了“百乐门”、“东方夏威夷”、“蒙特卡罗”等Dubo网站，吸引天朝境内的参赌人员在其Dubo网站进行Dubo活动。[/font][/color]

' i9 K! e+ ~' F% F[color=#333333][font=宋体] 为使经营的Dubo网站便于接受天朝境内的参赌人员进行投注和转移赌资，被告人唐某向被告人姚某提出购买在我国境内银行办理的银行信用卡。被告人姚某以在中山市开办的某公司为据点，招募、组织李某等12人办理了290余张虚假港澳居民来往内地通行证，并利用上述虚假证件到中山市以及江门市、佛山市、广州市等地多家商业银行办理各种银行信用卡818张，之后将上述银行卡出售给被告人唐某。[/font][/color]( y9 o% G5 Z, c4 N# j4 o
