湖南福彩启动“爱心清尘”公益行动
+ \5 c+ E( R6 x8 g[p=30, 2, left]尘肺病是由于在职业活动中长期吸入生产性粉尘(灰尘)，并在肺内潴留而引起的以肺组织弥漫性纤维化(疤痕)为主的全身性疾病。尘肺病是一个没有医疗终结的致残性职业病。尘肺患者呼吸功能下降，严重影响生活质量，而且每隔数年病情还要升级，合并感染，目前对此尚无特效药物治疗。目前，较为有效的治疗方法就是大容量肺灌洗治疗，可以清除部分肺内粉尘，改善症状和增强肺功能，提高患者的生活质量，维持患者生命。[/p]
# q" V- y. |0 W) G4 p 据了解，截止2011年底最新检测，湖南现有尘肺病患者近5万例。这些病人中，80%以上是农民工。由于经济条件所限，他们中的很多人都无力医治，只能等待命运的安排……
, G2 T% m) s2 Y8 C5 O- h 近日，由湖南省福利彩票发行中心联合湖南电视台公共频道携手打造的“善行2012·福彩帮帮帮”之“爱心清尘”公益行动正式启动。湖南福彩投入20万公益金关注救助省内贫困尘肺病患者，计划为省内100名尘肺患者每人提供2000元的爱心帮扶。
! \$ V7 s k; W* f+ n9 t 5月23日，省内首批6位尘肺病患者得到了福彩的关心救助，每人获得了2000元的救济金。42岁的杨吉林是我省“福彩帮帮帮之爱心清尘”活动首批受助对象之一。杨吉林是怀化沅陵县七里坪镇远水平村农民，由于家庭贫寒，18岁起就在锑矿锰矿做风钻工。2001年初次发病，但为了养活家里，他不得不坚持工作。2011年查出患有尘肺病，日渐困难的呼吸，让他不得不停止一切劳动。为了给杨吉林治病，花光了家里所有的继续，孩子辍学出去打工赚钱，妻子靠做临时工维持生活。“福彩帮帮帮之爱心清尘”活动组详细了解了杨吉林的情况后，给予了杨吉林2000元的爱心援助。“如果没有你们送来的这些钱，下一个疗程治疗我可能就做不了了，家里已经拿不出钱了。”杨吉林眼含热泪地说。
