“2元博500万！”多大的诱惑！在低投入高回报的宣传和购买彩票有规律可循信息的暗示下，国内的不少中低收入者表现出积极的“投资”彩票冲动。“× 地×彩民独得×亿大奖”这类的新闻也常见诸报端，甚至很多报道中对中奖者的采访也在用大笔墨宣传运气和坚持，甚至强调一些博彩的技巧和心得。殊不知，无论国内外，中大奖后如“范进中举”般最后生活比之前更不如意者有之，因偶然中奖致贪婪心起不惜挪用公款“豪赌”最后锒铛入狱者亦有之。: u( a( V" ?- e7 X

“没有足够的钱投资房产和股市，买彩票对我来说是最合适的。”有彩民如是说。对于很多“彩民”来说，希望通过彩票这种“投资行为”，获得最大的收益。但实际上，在投资专家看来，买彩票根本算不得是投资。

的确，自从体育彩票和福利彩票问世以来，诞生过不少一夜暴富的神话，也确实有少数职业彩民通过长期“坚守”获得小利。但彩票的中奖率极低，从投资学角度来看，买彩票不是理性的投资方式。大部分“运气不好”的彩民也会逐渐回归理性，甚至后悔之前的“投资”。而最终，人们在购买彩票时，也将重新重视彩票的娱乐性和公益性。2 r7 F W: L) n9 k* r& w( E; H) d. l
