男子Dubo欠巨债 不满债主常催债将其勒死焚尸

Dubo欠下82万元债务，欠债人刘某因不满债主多次追债，将其勒死后用汽油焚尸灭迹。案发后数日，公安机关迅速侦破了此案。4月8日，株洲市石峰区人民检察院以涉嫌故意杀人罪，对犯罪嫌疑人刘某批准逮捕。 刘某今年37岁，浏阳市人。案发前，他住在株洲市天元区。今年2月19日晚上9时许，刘某接到罗某的电话，到株洲市天元区一家茶楼内Dubo，Dubo持续到次日上午，刘某共输掉75万元，加上以前的欠款，刘某共欠罗某 [table]

1 ]: G" g- V$ z4 ]4 G& w 2月23日晚上，刘某在自己家里准备了电线、钳子和汽油。24日下午5时许，刘某打电话给罗某，讲好下午还钱给他，罗某过来取钱并上了刘某的汽车。刘某以去老家信用社贷款为名，开车将罗某带至浏阳老家门口的坪里，趁罗某没有防备，刘某用事先准备好的电线在车上将罗某勒死。之后，刘某搜走了罗某随身携带的4万元现金、名牌男表、铂金项链和铂金戒指，并将罗某的尸体进行捆绑，放置于汽车尾箱内。10多分钟后，刘某驾车将罗某抛尸至株洲市石峰区龙头铺镇鸡嘴山村一路边，淋上事先准备好的汽油进行焚尸。/ J; _" U! T+ Q% i9 G0 z: G
案发数日后，罗某的尸体被当地村民发现，当地村干部迅速向警方报案。株洲刑警赶到案发现场，由于尸体被焚烧，没有发现有价值的线索。于是，警方决定查找近段时间的失踪人口，正好罗某家人发现罗某失踪多日并已向警方报案。通过技术鉴定，警方最后确定死者正是罗某。民警随即从罗某的社会关系入手，发现他与刘某有巨大债务的纠纷，而且有市民看到罗某死前上了刘某的车，之后就没有了音讯。锁定刘某有重大作案嫌疑后，株洲警方直奔刘某在浏阳的老家，并在其家中将刘某抓获。' p6 F, s Z% `. T+ G, b' a& a) p
