诈骗团伙称提供福彩内部信息 警方：遇此事请报警

近日，曾在北京骗了不少彩民的“北京福彩VIP卡”现身江都。江都特警大队于日前抓获5名嫌犯，在他们身上搜出1万多张“福彩VIP卡”。- M w; b; W' \& `. {5 V+ k

11月26日下午，特警大队巡逻队员在江都大酒店附近巡逻时，发现5人形迹可疑，便上前盘问，5人说话语无伦次。随后，特警进行了搜查，竟查到了1万多张“福彩VIP卡”，以及2万多张封皮和8000多张收据。% {+ B) @; Z; B, }5 ~: i+ D. B

经审查，苏某、吴某等5名犯罪嫌疑人均系福建省安溪县人，住在同一个镇上，他们的工作任务，就是到全国各地公共场所、路边，丢放“福彩VIP卡”，诱骗他人存钱成为“会员”。

5人初步交代，今年10月份以来，他们在浙江、上海等地的公共场所、路边，丢放了大量“福彩VIP卡”等物品，实施“钓鱼式”诈骗10余起。

$ g9 m' ~: g5 Q$ a/ n" p 警方调查到，当天中午12点，这伙人从靖江乘车到达江都。下车后，他们一刻也不耽误，忙着熟悉环境，找人流密集的地方欲行动，不料，还没开工就被逮住。: A7 I5 q- Z; F1 w% f

目前，5名犯罪嫌疑人均被刑事拘留，案件正在进一步审理之中。. c: p- p' z& }1 D

记者看到，这些金灿灿的“福彩VIP卡”正面印有“北京福彩3D信息中心会员内部资料使用证”，并盖有“天朝福彩3D信息中心”财务专用章。背面印着5 条“温馨提示”，包括“本卡有效期为6期，限本人使用，严禁向外透露本卡内容”“为了您的利益，中奖不能声张，用完后请自行销毁”等，并宣称“内部提供，真实有效，中奖率100%”，同时还附上服务热线和监督电话。' w4 s9 N+ R; z1 z% Q

办案民警告诉记者，这种诈骗方式是把一些所谓的福彩内部信息印在卡上作幌子，然后故意扔在地上，诱骗他人存钱成为“会员”。

' G" s" `% a3 I F 据了解，通常受害人拨打“咨询热线”后，对方会告诉你，想成为VIP会员，要先交3880元会员费，还要把真实姓名、身份证号、家庭住址以短信的形式给发过去，等他们核实之后，才能确定会员资格。

" V) L2 _ i. j4 a; C: f 据介绍，此类诈骗手段也曾在其他省市出现过，骗子大多是利用被害人贪图便宜的心理，一步一步诱导被害人坠入诈骗陷阱。

$ {5 j& P* K5 f" ]- a 警方提醒，骗子所说的福彩内部信息是根本不存在的。福彩未设任何预测中奖号码的官方网站，也未与任何机构和网站合作发布信息，或提供福彩号码的预测服务。市民如果遇到，应向公安机关举报，以免上当受骗。 |
