英国央行副行长：将在8月之前引入稳定币立法
英国央行副行长Jon Cunliffe周三表示，英国财政部将与包括英格兰银行（BoE）、支付系统监管机构（PSR）和金融行为监管局（FCA）在内的其他监管机构磋商，在8月夏季假期前就稳定币的监管体系引入立法。
Cunliffe还谈到了英国以外的计划，表示支付和市场基础设施委员会（CPMI）——Cunliffe领导的国际小组——将在暑假前敲定系统性支付系统的全球标准指南。这些问题包括：哪些资产应该支持这些稳定币，赎回或索赔应该是什么，以及如何确保在系统层面上使用的稳定币或货币是安全的。Cunliffe表示，CPMI还计划发布一份关于银行巴塞尔框架应如何应用于稳定币的报告。

再来说说今天的行情，价格连续拉升后承压有所回落，多头放量也有所放缓，小时图来看，前期价格呈阶梯式上涨，一步一回头，上行至上轨测压后承压回落，下方幅图多头开始缩量，四小时来看，布林带开口向上，各指标多头依旧缓慢放量，所以操作上我们还是做多为主。
大饼操作建议：20300-19800附近多，目标看21000-21500区域附近。
